We maintain a stringent Quality Assurance Program on all of our products.  All of our products are tested and proven products.  We sell only the highest quality items in our store.  If we don't like the way a particular product performs, we simply won't sell it!

   Some of our products are sold as "refurbished".  If your product is a refurbished item, it will be stated clearly in the description that it is such.  Our refurbished items are carefully checked for full functionality.  You can be reassured that the product is at, or exceeds manufacturer specifications for the product.
