We do our best to assure you the best quality product that will provide you years of trouble free service.  Unfortunately electronics can fail, and is beyond our control.  We offer a warranty on most of our products for 90 days from original sale. Some products have longer warranty periods specific to the item, and is stated in the item description.  Active Electronic Services Inc will repair or replace the product, at our option, during this warranty period.   In the unlikely event that one of our products should fail during the warranty period, please email our RMA department at: rma@activeelectronicservices.com. 

No returns will be accepted without an RMA.  Customer will be responsible for return shipment to us.  Our technicians will verify the nature of the problem, and the repaired or replacement item will be shipped promptly (at our expense).   If the item is DOA (dead on arrival), notify our RMA department within 7 business days.  Your return shipping expenses will be reimbursed for DOA products.   Active Electronic Services Inc does not warranty products that have been neglected or abused or that is damaged other than a manufacturer defect.  Returned products are thoroughly tested and verified.  Cosmetic damages are not covered by product warranty.

If the item was ordered incorrectly, or not wanted, RMA requests must be received within 30 days from receipt of item.  Special order items are non-returnable.  Item must be in new, undamaged, unused condition, and in original retail packaging.  Item must be return shipped at buyer's expense.  Upon receipt of returned items, we will inspect items for damage, and will offer you a refund, exchange, or credit towards your next purchase.  The refund for your item will be the original amount of the item, minus shipping, and a 20% restocking fee.  You will be notified by email confirmation when the refund, exchange, or credit is given.  Returns are usually processed within 7 days of receipt.
